SwiftSyncIT Solutions operates under the law of the Philippines from its office at Marnella Townhouse, Casanta Soong Road, Brgy Mactan, Cebu City, Philippines. SwiftSyncIT Solutions is the legal entity responsible for implementation, support, and the ongoing partnership. CloudReef is the platform. SwiftSyncIT Solutions is who you work with.
How does the payment work?
Your setup fee is split into two equal payments. Half is due when your website goes live. The other half is due when the full system is implemented and your team is trained. You pay for results, not promises.
What if our internet goes down?
The system uses very little bandwidth. Less than streaming a YouTube video. We recommend a mobile hotspot as backup. If the main WiFi drops, switch in seconds and everything continues. Your staff already depends on internet for Booking.com, email, and WhatsApp. This doesn't add a new dependency.
Will my staff be able to use it?
If they can use a smartphone, they can use this. The waiter screen has big buttons with pictures. The kitchen display has colored columns. One button to checkout a guest. Staff are comfortable within 1 to 2 days. Waiters learn in under an hour.
What happens if you leave?
The system runs independently once implemented. Website, chatbot, QR ordering, booking engine, billing, reports. Everything continues working. We provide documentation and remote support. And because this is a partnership, we have every incentive to keep it running smoothly.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime. No contracts, no lock-in. Your website and booking engine are yours to keep. Modules that depend on live infrastructure (AI chatbot, POS, KDS, channel manager sync, automated billing) require server resources and AI processing to run. These pause when the subscription ends. Everything else stays. But most properties find the subscription pays for itself within the first month. One system replacing one salary.
Is our data safe?
CloudReef is built and distributed by SwiftSyncIT Solutions, a Philippines based company in Cebu City. Infrastructure hosted on enterprise-grade servers in Singapore through Vercel and Supabase.
Your data is protected by multiple layers of security: Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection, end-to-end encryption, daily encrypted backups, and role-based access control.
Each property's data is fully isolated. We do not share, sell, or provide access to your operational data to any third party. Only authorized property owners and their designated staff can access their data.
